Before joining CEDN Banner Exchange you must agree to following rules:

• Only dating, singles and romance sites are allowed to participate in the network
• Only one account per site and ONE banner per page
• You may not in any way change the supplied HTML code, or if you want to make changes in the supplied banner code you must receive a written permission from us.
• No cheating - this includes but not limited to : hidden banners, autoreloading pages, banner shows on pages of the site not approved by CEDN staff.
